June CHALLENGES: 30 days of Yoga, lose 3 pounds

Daily Motivation: 
After I finish my half marathon, one of my personal summer goals is to get back into my yoga practice. I was going strong for about 9 months and then running sort of took over my life. I practice a little on my own but I would love to get back into the studio. So today I am looking at my own gyms classes and potentially rejoining my yoga studio! I love yoga because it helped a lot with my stress relief and clearing my anxiety. Meditation and calm breathing have become an integral part of my every day life. Learning to balance your inner emotions and acknowledging the different areas of your body and how they feel are such important aspects to any athlete or people getting into working out. If you have not I would HIGHLY suggest trying to do yoga at least once a week. Live happy, live healthy. Namaste!
